Our interpretation of a traditional English barley wine; brewed with 100% English ingredients including 5 specialty malts and 2 varieties of UK-grown hops, fermented with native yeasts. Rested for 12 months in bourbon barrels, allowing the oak to infuse notes of vanilla, toffee, dried fruit, and honey, creating a warming, rich, and dangerously drinkable barley wine.
