A collaboration between us and our juicy pals at Verdant. We’ve used a base of Pilsner, flaked wheat and flaked oats with a small addition of chit malt. Chit malt is high in proteins which add to the body of the beer and help to lock in hop flavour bringing amazing tropical intensity. Motueka, Strata and Nelson on the dry hop deliver aromatic pineapple and passionfruit with deep flavours of silky papaya and sweet orange. Grapefruit pith on the mid-palate gives way to warming lemon balm and sweet pine with fruity, restrained bitterness to finish.
