We’ve kept the malt base straightforward, with just a little Vienna Malt for sweetness, providing a clean backbone to allow the hops to truly shine, and adding an abundance of Simcoe in leaf, T90 and Cryo form. Expect sweet, juicy fruit aromas, notes of clementine and a pine and citrus finish.
